Job Summary of Housekeeping Attendant:

The Hilton hotel is currently looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to undertake cleaning and maintenance responsibilities for specific areas of the hotel. The aim is to ensure excellent guest service and financial success.

Responsibilities of Housekeeping Attendant:

• The role of a Housekeeping Attendant is to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of specific areas in the hotel while catering to guest requests, aiming to provide impeccable guest service and enhance economic benefits.
• As an Housekeeping Attendant, your primary duty involves ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of designated areas such as restrooms, public spaces, offices, and meeting/banquet venues to the utmost level of standards.
• The responsibilities of this job include various tasks such as wiping and shining furniture and fixtures, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning and waxing floors, and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays.
• Warmly welcome visitors with a cheerful greeting
• Notify management of any maintenance concerns and equipment malfunctions that require attention
• Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained in supply rooms as per requirement
• Undertake intensive cleaning duties and manage specialized assignments
• Attend to the needs of guests and help maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, when necessary.
