Responsibilities of Custodial Attendant:

• The Custodial Attendant foremost responsibility is to clean and sanitize the guest room and ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns in compliance with the hotel's goal of delivering excellent service while also boosting profits
• Undertake cleaning responsibilities that have been assigned for specific guest rooms, such as changing bedding, disinfecting washrooms, wiping surfaces, and vacuuming floors
• Maintain high cleanliness standards by replacing bed linens, towels and guest toiletries regularly
• Undertake meticulous cleaning duties when required
• Daily tasks ought to include stocking, maintaining, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart, always prepared and ready for immediate use
• Proper waste management and recycling practices ensure that valuable resources are not wasted or polluted

Qualification of Custodial Attendant:

• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
• English literate to meet business needs.
• Good knowledge of housekeepings daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
