• Facilitates the procedures of guest departures from the accommodation establishment
• Offering solutions to guest dilemmas experienced at a hotel
• Opting for rooms that best suit guest's needs and promoting hotel services are crucial duties to upgrade guests
• Implements marketing plans for new guests by offering detailed information about the hotel's amenities
