Responsibilities of Hotel Custodian:
- As a Hotel Custodian, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
Qualification of Hotel Custodian:
- The individual earned a high school diploma and completed a skills training program.
- In order to excel in the modern business landscape, one must possess strong English language skills that include reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of housekeeping on guest floors
- Possessing a flexible work-hour policy, proficient in executing tasks during morning, evening, weekend, or public holiday periods.
- Thorough knowledge of chemicals utilization and performing room sanitation procedures.
