Responsibilities of Housekeeping Team Operator:

• Housekeeping Team Operator play a vital role in creating a positive impression on guests by ensuring that their rooms are impeccably maintained and their requests are promptly addressed in keeping with the hotel's objective of delivering outstanding service
• Execute housekeeping duties that have been assigned for specific guest rooms, such as making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
• Monitor the guest's request for linen, towels, and other amenities, and ensure they are filled up promptly
• Fulfill extensive cleaning responsibilities whenever needed
• Ensure the housekeeping cart is kept up-to-date by stocking and maintaining it daily, and effectively transporting supplies during daily duties
• Disposing of garbage and recyclables correctly is the responsibility of every individual to contribute to a better and cleaner future

Qualification of Housekeeping Team Operator:

• English literate to meet business needs.
• Good knowledge of housekeepings daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
