Job Summary of Receptionist:

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the hotel's guests are welcomed and registered efficiently and with a pleasant attitude, while also performing guest check-outs as required. We are currently seeking both full and part-time candidates, with the added benefit of flexible scheduling options. Responsibilities of Receptionist:

  • Your role as a receptionist demands you to greet incoming visitors warmly and promptly, while facilitating their registration process with a high level of politeness
  • Conducts the process of checking out guests from the hotel
  • Overcoming guest hurdles during hotel accommodation
  • The enrollment process is completed by issuing electronic keys after choices of rooms are made based on guest requirements
  • Communicates vital information about the guest's room location and coordinates a team member to accompany the guest to their designated room
  • We provide a hospitality kit upon arrival which includes room keys and various presents as a token of appreciation for selecting our hotel
