Responsibilities of Facility Housekeeping Attendant:

• The Facility Housekeeping Attendant foremost responsibility is to clean and sanitize the guest room and ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns in compliance with the hotel's goal of delivering excellent service while also boosting profits
• Perform assigned housekeeping duties for guest rooms, which may encompass tasks like making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
• Keep the guest's room consistently supplied with fresh bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries during their stay
• Execute comprehensive decontamination tasks when deemed appropriate
• Daily tasks ought to include stocking, maintaining, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart, always prepared and ready for immediate use
• Appropriate waste disposal practices help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate climate change

Qualification of Facility Housekeeping Attendant:

• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
• English literate to meet business needs.
• Good knowledge of housekeepings daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
